Mr. Lv graduated from the University of Sydney. He is a registered solicitor in the New South Wales Supreme Court and High Court of Australia. Prior to joining Prudentia Legal, he worked for Minter Ellison, one of the largest law firms in Australia, practicing for more than 6 years in Capital Markets Division and China Business Unit, as well as in the cross-border mergers and acquisitions operations of top Chinese law firm Beijing King & Wood Law Firm and Beijing Dacheng (now Dentons) Law Firm, with a total of more than 13 years Cross-border M&A and Australian investment and financing experience.

 

Ms. Lv specializes in cross-border commercial law, corporate law, mining & energy law, and has rich experience in the fields of investment and financing and joint venture M&A for residential & commercial real estate and infrastructure construction. He has good commercial and government relations at both China and Australia levels.

 

Mr. Lv has repeatedly represented important Chinese state-owned and private corporate clients in cross-border operations in China, Australia, and other countries in the world, and assisted clients in achieving success in their investment projects. Mr. Lv has assisted the clients in China and Australia, including but not limited to ZTE, China Gezhouba Group, China Reinsurance Group, Reignwood Group, Beijing Fuhua International Group, American Express Group, Wilmar International, the largest sovereign fund in Singapore, and Nanjing Steel, Harbin Jinma Group, Taiyuan Heavy Industry, China Metallurgical Investment, China Railway Engineering, China Railway Construction, China Communications Bank, Yunnan Baiyao Group, China Travel Group, Beijing Joseph Investment Group, etc.

 

Mr. Lv was born and raised in China. He has a professional level of native Chinese proficiency and possesses mainland Chinese culture. He has professional-level English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and is highly versed in Westerners' culture and Westerners' behavioural patterns and psychology. In many businesses, it has been confirmed by the clients that it plays an important role in cross-border transactions between China and the West.
