Andrew came to Australia during the early stage of his junior high school. He studied and completed his high school in Melbourne and left to Canberra to complete his double degree in law and actuarial studies at Australian National University. Andrew has actively involved in various associations, including Australia-China Youth Association, Law Student Association. He is also a member of International High IQ Society.

Prior to joining Prudentia Legal as a partner, Andrew has worked at various boutique, medium and top tier firms. Together with his broad experiences and knowledge, Andrew developed a unique and effective methodology in running cases. Andrew is able to think in clients’ shoes, utilising his outstanding communication skills and logic in understanding their needs, and then plan a most cost effective strategy to achieve the outcome that the clients are seeking.

Since practicing as a solicitor, Andrew has acted in a number of merger and acquisition matters across the states of New South Wales and Victoria. He has also acted in various cases in property law, commercial dispute, criminal defenses, and assisted in company going public listing. Andrew also acted for many corporations in advising industrial law, tax and trust fund.

Andrew now manages the Melbourne office and supervises over the commercial and litigation team of Prudentia Legal. With his pedantic practice and quick thinking, he has assisted various clients in resolving their issues efficiently and received high volume of positive feedbacks from clients.
