Prudentia Legal offers all the years of legal advice to you across all different areas of laws. With almost 40 people across three offices and exponentially growing, we provide a wealth of experience.

POA

POA, abbreviated from Power of Attorney, is a document by which you appoint and authorise one or more persons to manage your financial and legal affairs.

There are a number of reasons to appoint a power of attorney:

  • You may be going overseas or in overseas;
  • You may require hospitalization and need someone to look after your financial or legal affairs;
  • Dementia or mental illness may inhibit your decision making ability;
  • All other reasons.

You can use a POA for almost any purpose that you may legally do. For example, you can authorise your attorney to collect debts, vote at meetings, operate your bank account, manage your investments or carry out any other function which can be lawfully delegated.

If you are going overseas, suffering from an inevitable illness, don’t have time to organise affairs or just lazy to sign documents, come talk to us at Prudentia Legal. Every state and federal government has its own requirements and forms for POA. We may do a Power of Attorney for you for a fixed small fee.

Documents Certification

Whether it be loan documentations, signing off leases, binding financial agreements, contracts and other documentation that needs a lawyer’s certificate to sign off, Prudentia Legal does it all. We have many lawyers in each of our offices and therefore, come see us if you need anything signed by a lawyer.  We charge a reasonable fee for documents that need certification and we may do so immediately.
